This is the best filter replacement for the Hayward Unit.I have used the Pleatco and it lasts 2 years.I have used the actual Hayward units. They are too good. I have to clean them once every week.These Unicels are strong and efficient. Clean every 3 or 4 months depending. Last 3 to 4 years.
