The Vortex Evolution Hand Paddle from Arena is a medium-sized swim paddle designed for swim training and will work to strengthen the muscles in your upper body to make you more powerful in the water. This hand-held paddle creates water resistance so that you have to pull harder through the water, which in turn strengthens the muscles in your back, chest shoulders, and arms.
