We have been shopping for a ball cleaner for some time now. When we found this one we were intrigued by the machine and the 4 bottles of cleaner. The machine came quickly but no 4 bottles of cleaner. We contacted the vendor and they informed us that the cleaning solution was on back order. That they send out one bottle every three months. Waiting for the ball cleaning solution worried us. But Knollen sent a tracking number for us to see that it was coming. So contact vendor to give your mailing address to them so they can send you your bottles. The machine spins the ball very fast, but the machine is quiet and smooth. It almost comes to a complete stop and changes direction and runs just as fast for about 3 minutes total. The trick is to learn how many times you spray the balls for each cleaning. Oh by the way we had to go on line to find the directions on how to use the solution since all the directions were in Chinese. Today we give it 4 stars. Why , well you have to do leg work to get solution, directions in English would be nice and we have only used it now two times. That being said I can see it going to 5 stars if it performs the way we think it will.
