The Elite Finger Paddle From Arena is a swim training aid that you wear on your hands to improve your hand action for your swim stroke. The finger paddles will create water resistance when you swim and also allow you to have more feel of the water whilst placing less strain on your shoulders. Finger paddles can be used with swim fins to enable you to focus on your stroke technique whilst you have more momentum through the water. Available in pink, green, black and plum/lime.
